Chilean blob followup

A scientist applied DNA testing to the "blob" that washed ashore in Chile last year. Turns out, it's just decomposing whale blubber.

      Did you take a good look at the shape and size of that thing? Maybe I'm a little more optimistic but I believe that to be a nice cover story. Too nice if you ask me. Perhaps the creature or "feeding sac" contained whale DNA...
